At Double-M BabyShop, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality baby products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following refunds and exchange policy:
- No Refunds: Customers cannot return products for a refund. All sales are final.
- Exchanges: Customers are entitled to exchange a product within the first 24 hours of purchase, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The customer provides the original receipt as proof of purchase.
- The exchange is for a product of equal or higher value (any price difference must be paid by the customer).
- Non-Exchangeable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products, including but not limited to diapers, feeding accessories, and personal care items such as teethers, care kits, nail clips etc., cannot be exchanged.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If a product is found to be defective or damaged at the time of purchase, customers must notify us immediately and return it within 24 hours for an exchange.
- Gift Items & Promotional Sales: Products purchased during promotions or as part of a gift set may not be eligible for exchange.
