At Double-M BabyShop, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality baby products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following refunds and exchange policy:

  1. No Refunds: Customers cannot return products for a refund. All sales are final.
  2. Exchanges: Customers are entitled to exchange a product within the first 24 hours of purchase, provided that:
    • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • The customer provides the original receipt as proof of purchase.
    • The exchange is for a product of equal or higher value (any price difference must be paid by the customer).
  3. Non-Exchangeable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products, including but not limited to diapers, feeding accessories, and personal care items such as teethers, care kits, nail clips etc., cannot be exchanged.
  4. Defective or Damaged Items: If a product is found to be defective or damaged at the time of purchase, customers must notify us immediately and return it within 24 hours for an exchange.
  5. Gift Items & Promotional Sales: Products purchased during promotions or as part of a gift set may not be eligible for exchange.
